Grout
Choosing the right grout for your ceramic project is crucial for both aesthetics and durability. Opt for a grout color that compliments your tiles, enhancing the overall design. Consider the type of grout—sanded for wider gaps or un-sanded for narrower ones—to ensure a seamless, long-lasting finish that withstands daily wear and looks great.
Grout Lines
1/16 GROUT LINES
- Feels clean and modern
- Can accept non-sanded grout which has a smoother appearance
- Tiles need to be perfectly sized with one another
- Installation is going to be more difficult with less chance for error
1/8 GROUT LINES
- Easier to get high-performance cement grout or epoxy grout into the space
- Slightly easier for installation than 1/16 grout joints
- Minimum for large format tile in offset patterns
